no, its the g1 megatron. it's the japanese manga version of g1 megatron, its not the idw megatron.

Is this like construction paper or coloured printer paper?

it's colored art paper by canson. no one uses construction paper for this. it would bleed too much when the black ink hits it.

You should do an Arcee pic on pink paper.
