I've been comparing your Megatron and Stormbringer's megatron. Yours are simply better. Let me point out:
Megatron look younger then the one in Stormbringer.
His boomstick, your version, are much bigger (hence cooler and better) then the original. Good job.
Question:
Have you try to draw Megatron in tank mode?
Have you try to draw Optimus Prime (Cybertron form)?

with his boom stick, well since its earlier tech, it bigger and more bulky.

What I mean is... a scene that shows Megatron in his tank form, and Optimus prime in his cybertron form.

in issue 03 you have optimus, but he's not prime yet. younger, and he has a face.
as for meg's there was no part that shows him in his final body where he transforms. in issue 2, you'll see an earlier verson of him transformed.
