Description Working through some personal issues. Guess I needed to express my inner turmoil in the twists of a shape-shifting werewolf, in a "serene" setting.

*makes scratches allover the page.... then stops a moment to look at the picture *

Nice Mark! I like that I was apart of the whole process, seeing scetches, "hearing" screams through MSN... hehe... oh all the coffee this picture has endured to reach this level of completion...

Excellent work!

*.... once more starts to scratch and forage for food .... *

This is lovely. I really like your pencil technique too - solid form with a personal twist to it. Great stuff.

I did a werewolf in the snow story for "Vampirella" magazine, I'll have to dig out the files and post them up now you've reminded me!

Take care,

Liam.

Thanks a bunch
Would love to see that Werewolf in the snow story, might help me get back on track with my own attempt at graphic storytelling.

i agree. it looks great, mark. her facial expression is very fluent and flawless and the pose is very dramatic.
i would like to suggest, if you feel up to it later, and maybe create some, to take your word, turmoil with the snow around her, just to get more effect to the action in the picture, since the hair looks like there's some movement going on..?

Actually, that was part of the plan. I don't consider myself "done" with this one yet, but I have had to put it away for a bit.

well, ive thought about it some more.. and i might actually be arguing with myself here..
i mean, it might have more effect with turmoilical snow (yes, my word, and dun you dare laugh at me, goldfine)
but on the other hand. now, with your.. i wont say its toally brand smacking new, but your momentarial display of feeling and emotion through your pencil work these days, could somehow be hidden if you work too much on something.
you wanted this to be a "serene" setting, right? and while the setting is beautiful and calm.. the rage is there, in the middle, in between, or nowhere.. it can go as deep as you want, practically

eh.. i think what im saying is..
where you are right now, artistically and otherwise - don't listen to people, do your own thing, then i think you'll evolve more. because youre obviously on to something. you might not notice it, but your work is changing, to the better.. best..

hihihi.. "turmoilical" hahaha MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
*wipes a tear*
he he he
Thanks, Sof. there is still lots I want to do with theis one. it isn't quite "there" yet. Will be doing some adjustments to it in the not so distant future.

Thank you. I might edit it at some point, but for now, I have to put it down for a while.
