Actually there is no rage at all. Just a bit of teenage frustration (Teela is not adult, is a girl here), for what happen before this page . Didn't you notice that Teela is blushing in the next panel. If you read the comic you see, that this page will make perfect sense.

What an issue!!! I love everything in this page. I loved Teela's blushing (amazing work as always with the colours). But i have to say that i loved the previous page to this even more. It's one of my favorite moments of the ongoing, and something that MOTU fans waited for thirty long years to watch it happen ! Well done!
