Description
Back from my Norway trip I made this one.
This warriors are ready to fall on the battle field, the weapon in the hand to leave Midgard catching by the valkyrie and reach the Valhalla. There they can feast on Odin's side for the Eternity.

I know something trough the stories from grandmother (old religion stays strong in the North and churches remain locked).
You might enjoy stories from Snorri Sturluson. It is bit heavy stuff but a lot of good stuff and ideas for images.
you might want to visit in Helgafjell with Thor or sail with warriors from Helheim when Jörmungand releases it's tail and Rägnarök begins. Or nice run with Fenrir after his binding is broken.
(actually evening feast in the Helheim would be interesting).

Die monochrome Ausführung und der Himmel und das Licht sind wirklich gut geworden. Ich mag die Details wie den Schwarm der dunklen Vögel! Norwegen scheint dich ja gut inspiriert zu haben
Nur ob die Jungs bis in die Ewigkeit feiern können ist noch offen, Ragnarök steht noch an.
Wäre das nicht noch ein Thema? Midgardschlange und Fenriswolf?

Du hast recht... Kein Ewigkeit für die Braven, nach dem Ragnarok steht noch vor der letzte Kampf auf der Vigrid Wiesen.
Und über die Thema vom du spricht habe ich noch viele Ideen... Asgard, Midgard, Niflheim mit dem Hund Garm, bifrost... und andere, muss nur Zeit finden.
