Description There many years ago, I paint my first knife painting. It's a completely different technique, but it brings a different depth to the canvas. The colors are more colorful in real than on the photo

MarkkusArt In reply to wolfen-graphix [2010-01-30 12:08:31 +0000 UTC]

What a feast of colors! This painting has a very uplifting and friendly vibe to it. Thank you for sharing that you used a pallet knife. I want to explore that technique more.

MarkkusArt In reply to ZaaijerArt [2010-01-24 11:36:39 +0000 UTC]

Ohh thanks for these kind words, and i hope you enjoy when you try this technique, but this technique need many paint to obtain a good result. Good luck.

ZaaijerArt In reply to MarkkusArt [2010-01-24 19:55:09 +0000 UTC]

You're welcome! I used the pallet knife technique before on my paintings "Lone Cypress" and "Yosemite Falls". I really enjoyed the results, because it forces me to be less detailed. Usually, I tend to paint too many details. I always wanted to make at least one painting entirely with a pallet knife. You encouraged me to go ahead and try!

MarkkusArt In reply to ZaaijerArt [2010-01-26 18:37:15 +0000 UTC]

I hope that I can see this one in your gallery soon. Don't forget, you need many material of paint, and yes, it's sure, with a palette knife you can't detailed, just suggest
Good luck

krackl3 [2010-01-23 12:46:39 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

MarkkusArt In reply to krackl3 [2010-01-24 11:43:09 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

krackl3 In reply to MarkkusArt [2010-01-24 11:51:21 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

MarkkusArt In reply to krackl3 [2010-01-24 13:20:45 +0000 UTC]
