There is some sort of music that really could fit with this ...can't remember the tune.

This is like a little rogue princess story. Like the story of the princess from the small hre state, whose name escape me near the alps. All the people in the town (and yes there was only one town it was a small principality) admired her, she was a picture perfect example of how a proper princess should be. She a very fair lass with long golden hair, she moved with perfect grace and she was always well-behaved.
What no one knew at the time was the psychological torture that was going on behind the castle wall. Her father the fΓΌrst did not treat her like a person at all but like a sculpture, as a piece of clay to be formed as he saw fit. She was never alone and never allowed to decide anything for herself, not even who she should marry. Her father had arranged for her to be married with a second cousin to the emperor himself, a man that encompassed all of the low standards of intensive inbreeding that the Hapsburg were so infamous for. But on the night where she was supposed to be engaged, a ceremony that had attracted the presence of the emperor himself, she disappeared, along with her jewels and a big back of gold coins from the treasury.
Centuries later her journals were discovered in a tomb in Sur, Oman. She had travelled all the way to Baghdad where she had meet Simbad the Sailor, and fought along side him on many of his adventurers until she years later settled down in Sur with a jainist indian that she had met in Ceylon.
Quite an interesting path for someone that started her life as a Swabian princess.

And the interesting thing about the journal was that they were written in old high german, and we don't find many archaeological tomes written in that language on the Arabian peninsula. Just imagine how it must have looked. A blonde blue eyed woman, walking down the streets of mediæval Bagdagh.
According to her journal, her first encounter with Sinbad was when he saved her from a mugging in a dark ally. She had already managed to take down one of them, there were three, and she fought them like a man.
Impressed by her skills and her guts he invited her to accompany him on his next voyage. So she had a chance to pay back the favour, and boy did she ever.
