Aw, poor little guy. Still, this is a very realistic take on the whole situation, with the small yet nice boy getting beaten by the large, mean one, but the girl appreciating the one who's really worthy.

Pictures like these remind us all that, just like "Wall-E", even though it doesn't have paragraphs upon paragraphs of text dialogue, it can still be marvelously breathtaking...

First off, this comic is beautifully done. You picked great "key" scenes and got the point across right away, quickly and beautifully and sweetly. Sure you could have had added detail panels (and not that we'd mind seeing more of your lovely and detailed artwork), but the story is very straightforward and clear. The bittersweet ending is a happy one after all, regardless of how Wendy's feelings for Dipper have changed. At the very least she would be flattered despite the outcome. Oh, and if she saw the look on his face as he rolled up his sleeves and nearly charges at Robbie I bet she'd be even shocked.
To get so beat up either Dipper was relentless or Robbie is a super total jerk. Well, both can be true. Especially for a bigger and older kid, the worst he should have done was push him down. My guess would be that Dipper just kept getting up every time and Robbie couldn't handle it. GO DIPPER! Get your ass kicked, but wear that black eye as a badge of honor.
(If you listen to the Gravity Falls Gossiper podcast one of them tells a similar story but with a much better ending.)
I mean, what he did was noble, and most likely driven by male instincts more than his romantic feelings – at least one step beyond sticking up for a friend. Actually, panel 2 makes Dipper look more sympathetic on that human level, where he doesn't try to take advantage of the situation by trying to hug her or something. Give a gentle pat, lend an ear, or just be there. The scene is true caring. (That tiny bit of sad face and tear showing are so subtle but so very effective.)
Okay, before I start reading way too much into it...
Your artwork is fantastic, and you're certainly industrious when it comes to getting the character's, body language and expressions, just right, and you certainly don't skimp on those gorgeous outside and very detailed inside backgrounds. Oh, and it's nice to see someone who actually knows how clothes behave in different poses (mainly how Wendy's flannel shirt, not being too tight on her, falls when she's leaning forward).
And boy, you have the style down-pat. Amazing really. And their shared smiles make my heart just melt.

Maybe they'll put in someone more age-appropriate if they felt that Dipper needed a romantic subplot. It's that age difference that makes me doubt they'd pair him up with Wendy*, that and my personal theory about Wendy.

* Eh, I don't really pay attention to Phinabella. The only thing that drew my attention to Ferbnessa was that shopping mall escapade, but it sort of stopped after that. Either they forgot about it, decided it was kinda the wrong message, or Ferb just outgrew his crush on Vanessa, take your pick.

Because I thought of a conclusion: later on, before Wendy leaves, she gives Dipper a kiss on the cheek to thank him for standing up to Robbie for her. This leaves Dipper lovestruck. Then later, in Thompson's van (or however she gets home), Wendy daydreams about her and Dipper being a couple.
You don't have to create a conclusion, but I'd love to see it if you do.

Awesome! What I like most is that Dipper fought an older guy just for Wendy's sake.
Though I wonder what Robbie did to upset Wendy so much....
Truthfully, I've been wondering that if maybe Robbie just has an emotional problem, like something bad happened to him when he was younger and he hasn't gotten over it, and that's why he acts moody and like a jerk at times. It also could explain the bleeding heart on his jacket: it represents what he feels on the inside.
