That's kind of mean, not to mention completely unrelated.
Tad Strange was mentioned in the Bill Cipher AMA, this is one of several ideas of what he could be like.
Oc is short for original character, and so those oc ponies are original characters created by fans of the show, but are not canon characters.
Although there are some people pumping out Mary-Sues, this happens in any fandom, so it's kind of silly to assume that all the pony ocs are bad.
Although you have the right to dislike said show, which I will respect, it's very disrespectful to dish dirt on any fandom for no reason, but it 's especially disrespectful to do so on an unrelated work, as no artist wants disrespectful comments like that to begin with, let alone on subjcts hat aren't even present in that deviation.
How about you just say you like the picture, and leave the colorful equines out of it? ^^

Huh, I seem to have touched a sore spot. Ted Strange is just such a bizarre idea that MLP first sprang to my mind. I don't have a problem with the show, the incredible amount of OCs (many of which are lame, as with every fandom) just sticks out. I know that there are, like ,thousands out there, many of them well-devoloped and entertaining.
But since you said that talk about MLP doesn't really belong here, would you tell me about this Bill Cypher AMA instead? I searched for it but couldn't find anything about Ted.

Time for a plot twist: The Tangram is a hallucination that is only able to be seen by Dipper because he's all in Dipper's head and he is secretly a she that Dipper pretends to be his girlfriend when he's bored but she is truely in love with him and will invade his brain and pocess him if he doesn't love her. (It's late and I'm tired, excuse my crap)

Tad Strange is a character coming in Season 2, but it is unkown (as I know) his desing and looking. Just his name and voice actor is known. Anyway, I think MarkMak is did a desing for him.
