Honestly I could handle that dog well.I'd just get him or her a doggy treat, bone, chew toy, or throw the dog a different ball while a grab the other ball. I have this weird thing with animals that actually don't hurt me on purpose but let me pass by and go along my day.

To be perfectly honest,
I don't have much sympathy for Thompson - and the reason is because to me, he just seems like a butt monkey that you basically don't care for because we barely know anything about him, and not only that, but he basically allows them to pick on him just so they can stay friends - so in all honesty he brings this on himself. If they did make an episode where he decides to stand up for himself.... well, maybe my thoughts will change. But for now, sorry Thompson, but like I said, you bring this on yourself.Β
