Aww, I was afraid that Soos would have to explain over the video chat that he went to see her, though I realize now she left after a few minutes at his house thanks to his grandma, while Soos waited by her door for hours long enough that he felt the need to get a/unpack his watch, which he quickly lost.
Sorry I'm just messing around, but seriouly in Soos pick #8 he knocks on the door no watch, in Soos pick #10 he checks his watch in Soos pick #11 no watch. He could have just as easily checked the time on his phone, but that would have also prompted him to call her, which could have led to her telling him the location of her hide-a-key and them video chatting from the opposite houses, which is what I excpected. The ending you have is way better.
