Freedom?I'd like to direct you to your food regulation laws because they are objectively not as good Β as the ones in other parts of the world,now this may seem random but sometimes a certain limit of regulation can be a good thing. Imagine a group of children playing on a cliff would you build a fence in case they might fall down? What do you call that?They still have all the freedom they want but do you want to see them falling to their doom?Of course if you take it to the extreme (NSA) it becomes a negative.And I never liked this attitude or the (quite frankly) obsessive amount of patriotism which is almost sickening but that comes from a country where we don't sing our national hymn at least twenty times a day and the american flag aren't more common then the count of common decency per person

Overly patriotic is something I am not. Actually, I make fun of America a lot. I just never go so far as to say I want to move or that we are the worst nation ever, because they would both be false statements. I just didn't like how you worded your comment, so I spoke up. I dunno, yesterday was a sucky day too though, so I might have just been wanting to say something. My apologies if I offended you in some way, although I don't see how I could have.
And yes, freedom must be restricted at come points in time to save lives, such as your example was stating. Sure America isn't perfect, but I do have a whole lot more freedom than a lot of people out there do, and I don't want to take that for granted. Example, I have to freedom of speech, the freedom of religion, etc.
I do agree that Americans are a very rude people. However, so is everyone on this planet. It's something that will never change, sadly.Β
