They botched the paint job, honestly. I love your original sculpt. The face has these slight details, that are lost here, that make him seem a lot more menacing than constipated.

lovely sculpt. i hate the colours though, they havent done your work justice. i never did like the full mask scorpion. maybe its just the photo, but i think metallic paint makes it look cheap. excellent work on your part man.

I sculpt these Marvel characters for a company called "Bowen Designs". Randy Bowen is the artist that owns the company. He obtains a license from Marvel for the rights to produce this line of sculpture/statues. He sculpts most of the figures but also hires other sculptors to sculpt some. I've sculpted only a small protion of what Bowen Designs produces. These are all sculpted here in the US but are all produced in China. You can check out Bowen Designs website to see all his stuff.
