Geiz can use the Geiz Revive Ridewatch to access two super forms . In both super forms, he is armed with the Zikan Jaclaw .[13]

Geiz Revive Goretsu (ゲイツリバイブ剛烈 Geitsu Ribaibu Gōretsu, lit. "Geiz Revive Ardent Strength") is one of Geiz's super forms. It is accessed by upgrading Geiz's base Form with the Geiz Revive Ridewatch, set to its Goretsu mode.

GeizRevive Ridewatch (ゲイツリバイブライドウォッチ GeitsuRibaibu Raidowotchi): The GeizRevive Ridewatch is an hourglass-themed Ridewatch that is used in the left slot on the Ziku-Driver, allowing Geiz to transform into GeizRevive. Additionally, the GeizRevive Ridewatch can be flipped and inserted back into the Ziku-Driver to change GeizRevive's current form between GeizRevive Goretsu and GeizRevive Shippu.[3] It is dated 2019, but shown on the Ziku-Driver's screen as 0000.
