Kamen Rider GrandZi-O (仮面ライダーグランドジオウ Kamen Raidā GurandoJiō) is Zi-O's final form accessed with the GrandZi-O Ridewatch. It wields the power of all 20 Heisei Kamen Riders. He contains statues of all of the Heisei Kamen Riders adorned on his body with Zi-O's making a crown.
In this form, Zi-O has access to all the Legend Riders' weapons. He can also summon any main Legend Rider in any desired form just by tapping on the corresponding statue.

GrandZi-O Ridewatch (グランドジオウライドウォッチ Gurando Jiō Raidowotchi)[4] : Used by Zi-O to access his final form, GrandZi-O. It is labeled as New and dated 2019, but shown on the Ziku-Driver's screen as 0000.
