Zombie! Hit! Fever Zombie!

Musou Fever Zombie Form (フィーバーゾンビフォーム, Fībā Zonbi Fōmu) is Buffa's upgrade form accessed by using the Feverslot Buckle on the right-hand slot and the Zombie Buckle on the left-hand slot of the Desire Driver .
In this form, Buffa is adorned with the Fever Cross Muleta and granted usage to both of Zombie Form's upper and lower body armor. The matching Dual On buckles activate a special power called Fever (フィーバー, Fībā) that increases its power several times by compounding the specs of each half.
After assuming the role of Jyama Shin, Buffa Fever Zombie Form is further enhanced. The horns on the helmet are replaced with larger gold horns, and is added with a purple cape at the back. With this new power, Buffa is able to outmatch any DGP Kamen Rider in combat without much difficulty.
