Tsukuyomi (ツクヨミ) is a member of the Resistance who arrived in 2018 with Black Woz and Geiz Myokoin to guide Sougo Tokiwa into becoming a good king. She initially had no memory of her past before discovering she is also the younger sister of Swartz , an heiress of a royal family named Alpina (アルピナArupina), before having her memories was erased and stranded in a different timeline. During her time with the resistance, she received a Ridewatch that allowed her to become Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi (仮面ライダーツクヨミ Kamen Raidā Tsukuyomi).
