Kamen Rider Zero Ghost logo is a custom art created by me, its not official(If you steal this idea, I'll report you)Ryu Tenkuji (天空寺 龍 Tenkūji Ryū) is Takeru Tenkuji 's late father. He was a superior Ghost Hunter and gave the Ore Ghost Eyecon to Takeru.
In Kamen Rider Ghost: ~Memories of the Future~ , he is revealed to be able to transform to Kamen Rider Zero Ghost (仮面ライダーゼロゴースト Kamen Raidā Zero Gōsuto).

I’m mean they had the money to make the normal ghost eyes on the dark ghost suit. So why couldn’t they do this with the zero specter suit?
