For some reason there's a break between the signals your model is sending and I am receiving.
The top half of her outfit seems very neat and classique to me, while the lower part is more alternative and far more sensual. I feel kind of a style clash in between the two.
That said, the lighting, focus, angle and timing are great.

I have online resources where I can get specific type of models. (hint: search for special model sites on Google. She can also put up her portfolio on those.)
I won't find one with that kinda specific expression, but I will search for a close one.
If I ever go to Toulouse, I will be sure to ask for her.
I do have one request: If she is willing to pose more, I'd love to see her in a long black dress once.
Maybe she it's not her style, but I'd love to see her in something pure black.
That is, IF she is going to pose more.

Don't get me wrong, I like short ones to... but sometimes the result outweighs our personal taste.
I bet with the right kinda light and background she can become ooooh so more beautiful then in a short skirt. You should let her spin around real fast in it with her hands up and then take a picture. (make sure her eyes are closed) Against the sun that makes for some really really beautiful pictures! (especially with a long skirt)
