Description Swan: I've always remembered the names and faces of those that hold a heart so pure. Miss Fluttershy herself is a prime example of this. However,, for reasons I couldn't fathom to describe, there has been one that I've remembered more fondly than most others. Her name is Sweetheart, from a darling little town known as Coltonville.

As it would appear, I'm not the only one that has a fond memory or two of this young lady. Our dear friend, Nicolas, has a character of his own, based off the little angel from an unheard town. The question was proposed, what if the two were to encounter? The answer is for your own interpretation.

"Um... Hello."

"Uh, hi... You look..."

I'm sure it would be very quiet. In the beginning.

Hmm… Maybe they will perform the old "move in sync" gag. You know, from the old cartoons, where two identical characters move in the same way, to see if the other one is just a reflection.

Swan: Yes, I know what you mean, dearest. I believe the first cartoon featuring the title My Little Pony did the same thing, in the episode The Ghost Of Paradise Estate. A classic gag, but as they say, classics need to work at least as well as the last time they were used, or else they wouldn't be classics.

Anyway, feel free to download anything you need to from me. Melody and Starsong will be featured tomorrow.

Swan: Thank you. Would you like to write up the dialogue for this piece, or shall I do it? If you choose the latter, be advised it will take a while to get to it.

Swan: Think of it as a practice, for your own art to improve the quality and content of it. This is entirely optional. if you'd rather not, then just say so.

Well, I suppose I can give it a shot.

Just remember one important rule… I can't be rushed. I don't work well under stress.

Yeah. I actually think it's best if we differ, in one way or another. Otherwise, the world would be pretty boring.

Swan: Yes, she and I have a bit of history, as it happens. In fact, she's part of the reason Teddy became a Babylonian.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

OptimusV42 In reply to Marks-Of-Babylon [2019-01-14 22:27:26 +0000 UTC]

I think I have it, in the back of my head.

But do please remind me.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Marks-Of-Babylon In reply to OptimusV42 [2019-01-14 22:34:39 +0000 UTC]

Swan: Certainly. As you may recall, Teddy's mother passed away upon giving birth to him, gravely impacting the lives of his family. This caused his father to become dependant on narcotics, and his sister to despise him, often causing him, in turn, to act out, turn to violence, or run away, preferably to his own cousin's farm. With him having this tragic lifestyle, and with him being a young stallion from their home town, the Greasers from Coltonville, who call themselves The Colts, found and recruited him for Babylon.

Bur you may already know that, and you may be asking "What does this have to do with her or Sweetheart?"

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

OptimusV42 In reply to Marks-Of-Babylon [2019-01-14 22:43:53 +0000 UTC]

Exactly. That was my next question.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Marks-Of-Babylon In reply to OptimusV42 [2019-01-14 22:48:29 +0000 UTC]

Swan: Again, you may recall that your Sweetheart had somewhat of an understandably bad reaction to the story, but was more comforting than shocked at the news. That's because she didn't know him the way our Sweetheart did. When she found out about that, she was mortified. She was in tears as the tale unfolded.

Seeing her like that might have given Teddy second thoughts about his acceptance to Babylon. Normally, we would respect a decision like that, but we couldn't risk losing a Twiknight. That's why I know Sweetheart the way I do. In fact, that's why I'm the one speaking to you now.

Marks-Of-Babylon In reply to OptimusV42 [2019-01-14 23:27:50 +0000 UTC]

Swan: The same applies for the other two colts. I was supposed to follow the same measure for Ace and Lancer, but circumstances changed prior to entering. Checkmate supervised Lancer, alongside Walker, because of his feelings for Bright-Eyes. He had an assignment from Xandra to "look into her", so he multitasked while he was there. As for Ace, because of his feeling for Melody, Rockefeller had to revoke that for him, showing him her true colors, and giving him less reason to decline the offer.

Does that all make sense?

Swan: Excellent. I should also mention that Checkmate and Rockefeller will be the ones voicing for the next two images respectively. As you most likely also noticed, the characters are in order of their theme song.

OptimusV42 In reply to Marks-Of-Babylon [2019-01-15 00:00:29 +0000 UTC]

Ahh… That's a very unique approach. Taking them in that order.

Marks-Of-Babylon In reply to OptimusV42 [2019-01-15 00:06:19 +0000 UTC]

Swan: Well, maybe not "Unique", as those children hardly give any other kind of order they could be in. There's the simple ideas of doing them alphabetically or in rainbow order, but if that's how you see it, I shan't force your change of opinion.

OptimusV42 In reply to Marks-Of-Babylon [2019-01-15 00:13:38 +0000 UTC]

Swan: Ah, now it makes more sense. Well, use it for future reference, so as to know who'll be next.

Rockefeller: Which means I'm next up with that lil' twerp.

Checkmate: Delicately put, Rockefeller(!) And then I'll follow that with Bright-Eyes the following day.
