Playing vanilla graphics on a PC using runs smoothly with almost no lag. However because playing Skyrim on a PC is usually heavily modded, those 4K graphic overhauls strain the system. An Xbox plays without that issue, but you only get vanilla graphics.

Not a problem. I swear by the Xbox for anything except MMORPG's. Sixty dollars for a game you know will work, is a lot cheaper than making a computer work around a game. Let me know how your adventures go!
