Especially good for your first one. I could never do portraits, it's so much to care about so i bow in front of you.
i guess you should've made her eyes a bit less dark, so they fit a bit better in the rest. I really like her nose! Such nice shading. Very well done. Also with the rest of her face. Keep going!

A real solid effort for your first portrait. Some fine work's been done with the hair here and you've set a good skin tone for your subject...

Don't suppose you tried submitting this on 12:12 AM or PM didn't you? (Had to notice the date on your piece. )

Anyway, good work, the potential for wonderful portraits is certainly there. Just keep applying yourself.

Big Emma Watson fan here. This is really good!
I love the way you cought her expression, and the way you did the eyes and shading.
I think that perhaps the shoulders should be placed a bit lower, and the neck might be just slightly too wide.
but besides that I really like it! Keep up the good work!
