Standing on the cliffIts shaking foundation
Eluded the fear it deserved
I watched clouds gathering
Like lovers dancing
A ball of 1000 kings
My footing felt the crashes
Far below, bulwarks resisted dissolution
Shipwrecks adorned their necks
Like prized dissolving jewels
Overhead flew the survivors
Their wings a source of personal envy
They remember a day
When the illusion of order
Satiated the minds of walkers
