It's odd... I recall hearing it suddenly on the radio... A part of me kinda went... "I never knew Him, He was present throughout my entire life on TV... I've grown on his work, and was influenced by much of his humor, and deeper content as well... " And I knew that something just, broke in me a little... Kinda like "I'll never see more of this guy".
It's odd how much I was influenced by the TV... It felt like an actual physical lost to me, to have a person I never met, never really saw, never really spoke too... Just vanish.
He constitutes a part of my childhood, and remained as I grew up... among many others that were present in all the mediums I was exposed to... When one of them vanishes, it's as if massive parts of my childhood are gone with them.
So yeah, I lost a childhood Hero in a way... Without ever realizing He was actually a childhood Hero... You only know things, when they are gone forever.
