Description
A conversion I am working on, interpreting the Xen'drik material into Katashaka (with a logical, in-game explanation of how that can be). You see, none of that stuff was really in Xendrik at all, hence all the 'planer instability' the continent suffers under. All of those sites (ruins) are really located in a primordial section of the Feywild called The Giantands (Juton-Mangu, or 'Giant Marches'). Thus, all those Xendrik ginat ruins are really in the Feywild, and can be reach from almost any jungle-setting on any world. I've also included a little Nyambe stuff, only because I adapted this from some older stuff I did when I was still using Nyambe as Katashaka, my one Candlekeep Compendium article (all those islands), and also the 'Rashear Coast', which bears a striking resemblance to a sub-setting from elsewhere (all such resemblances are purely coincidental, mind youRelated content

How's it going Markustay. Great map work, all of them, especially the new FR 5E maps. Currently, I'm redesigning the Realms too. I'm calling it the 3rd Sundering (original right, lol), to basically do some major redesigning of Abeir Toril, including Faerun. There are things I like about the 4E realms and thing I don't (I did a little 4E map work that's posted to Deviant myself, which was some overlays on the original 4E map). My premise is, to include and expand the Realms and add in some other parts of other RPG worlds like Ebbron, the Savage world, Returned Abeir, ect. I came across your maps today, when I was doing some research for some of FR's other continents and if there's really meaning to any of them, other than Maztica via the novels from 2 decades ago.
As far as I can tell, I'm going for a complete redesign as I mentioned. This doesn't mean, Abeir-toril won't look like Abeir-Toril but, there will be many changes. However, I wanted to say hello, let you know, I appreciate and admire all of your map artwork and let you know, I'm working on some Realms maps myself, in case you had any questions. Keep up the great work! - J.
