This is an odd little side-project i did, because of an off-hand comment I made at Candlekeep.com. I wanted to see if we could place returned Abeir (Laerakond) in the 'new' Forgotten realms in 5e. I had just about given up hope when I recalled Halruaa got blowded-up in 4e, and since I don't see how they can get that back to any semblance of what it once was, I figure maybe Abeir snuck over to the main continent (now that Maztica took its old place back). I originally intended to just do a quick & sloppy paste, just to see how it would fit, and it fit so damn good I just kept playing with it (YES, it is sized EXACTLY - it actually WAS the same exact size as Halruaa!) I even decided to add-in the locales from the quasi-canonical Elsir Vale AP's, and also pasted-in the official canon map from Serpent Kingdoms for Lapaliiya. and Tharsult. I also pasted in a piece of my old Shaareach map just for Dambrath, so its a bit of a 'Frankenstein' (hence the subtle differences in fonts styles, etc). The only thing I left-off were the Border Kingdoms, because I am curently doing them on another map, and don't want to do the same work twice. Use it, don't use, ignore it, whatever. Its 'just for fun'.
