I really like this picture because it is very dark yet light at the same time. Spiders are thought to be dark creatures but this makes it seem to be good, being a guardian. The golden light in the picture is very captivating and the glow it casts on the spider guardian completes its description. It exposes the white armor of the spider which in being white represents it as something protecting. The mouth piece is amazing. I have never seen a picture so captivating in its own style. It is unique in idea and presentation. Very beautiful yet dark.

yes some kind of fluorescend or liquid material, done only in Photoshop with the plastic wrap filter...thanks, glad that you like it
