Here are the dimensions of the pieces at half the size (no need to divide them by two yourself!). Note that the dimensions are given in cm. Please let me know if you have problems reading my handwriting. Have fun!

Can we use cloth for the eyes and mouth instead of the fabric pens?

Sure you can. Just make sure to pick a fabric that doesn't fray much.

You can use the running stitch or backstitch, and put the needle through the part of the body where the, say, arm goes when the needle goes up and then through the arm itself when the needle goes down (as in the drawing of this tutorial). I hope that helps a little, if it doesn't, just write again, and I'll try to make a little tutorial (I just don't have a lot of time to do it properly atm).

Wow, very cute and pink, just the way it's supposed to be
May I ask how and why you made changes? Did you find a way to do something better, etc? Because I'm always happy to know if my patterns and tutorials can be improved somehow.
Well, thanks for using the pattern, anyhow, and lots of fun with future sewing projects

Basically, instead of cutting out material for the inner ears, eyes and mouth, I used fabric paint (black, white, red and blue) for the various pieces. I did that because it seemed a bit bulky to add extra material to it - plus it helped that I already had those colors in the fabric paint department.
That, and I had sewn the arms, ears and poof into the seem lines of the body, with some additional sewing to make the poof lay flat onto the head. I'm also not that good at attaching the things after I had sewn the body closed (which is why the feet feel like they're going to fall off if I look at them the wrong way, even though I attempted to attach them the best I could after the fact). The arms and ears are sewn into the same seem line at the ... I call it the half-way mark for lack of a better term. The half-way mark is between the back half and the front half of Jigglypuff's body. The poof was stuffed, then sewn into the seem line between the center piece of material and the right side piece (Jigglypuff's right, our left if we look at it straight on) and then secured down onto the center piece before stuffing and closing up the body.
If (and most likely when) I do this again, I'd alter it just a bit so I still add the ears into the half-way mark of the body but change it so I stuff the ears then add them into the seem line. As it is, the material around the base of the ears perk up a bit because they're not sewn together.
If it sounds a bit confusing, I apologize. Sometimes when I attempt to explain things, it sounds more complicated than I mean for it to sound.

No, it's quite clear
That's of course an interesting option. Maybe I'll add this once I have time to review the tutorial.
Thanks for the detailed desciption!
