The middle one is a total rip-off of civetal.deviantart.com/art/Fel… , and the others are from plumbeck.deviantart.com/art/Ja… . Did you have permission to use these designs?

True, the first one and last one only have a few similarities upon closer inspection, but the middle one is obviously inspired from plumbeck.deviantart.com/art/Fe… to the point it's basically stolen.

The design has a different concept, But the same colour yes - still doesn't make it the same design.
It even has different accessories all together.

Hey so, I'm the person that they're saying you're ripping off my designs from and although I don't agree with 1 and 3 being ripped off. I believe that number 2 is almost an exact copy. Not only the colours, but the patterns themselves are almost exactly the same apart from the added accessories (which reminds me of Big, my japanese design). Now I don't mind the fact that you used the colours, I agree you can't copyright colours, however everything about this is spot on with mine. Including the beaked skull and where you have PLACED these colours. The only thing you've done differently to the patterns is that you've added stripes to the back legs. Seriously?

I'm not hiding any comments, and those were not false accusations. Even if it was just the colors that were similar, it's still ripped-off someone else's creation. You did not create those colors or that color scheme- they did.

You just sent me a note admitting you made a mistake and that after taking a closer look you admitted they were not ripped-off.

And yet you are here accusing her, don't you think that is quite rude?
No one can claim colors, especially not in themed designs such as 'tribal' where the color choice will be obvious.
I'd advice you to just kindly admit it to marlonthegreenwolf too, and apologize to her.
You can of course also continue to argue over a non existing problem and act rude, But i don't think that will make you a better person.

I don't believe I have anything to apologize for, though. True, the markings themselves aren't entirely copied (except for #2), however I disagree with the colors. You're right in saying someone cannot claim them, although there is something very wrong in using the same exact colors from another person's design. I can understand using one or two of the colors, but using the whole palette? In my opinion, that's a form of stealing especially if no credit is given.
Marlon admits to intentionally using the same exact colors from other to people to use in their adopts here and here . To me, that's the same thing as admitting the design isn't entirely yours.
I will apologize for my behavior and any comments I made that may have sounded offensive or rude, however I will not apologize for having a an opinion.

You certainly don't have to apologize for your opinion.
I do however think it's very rude to reply to the buyers that their design is stolen or ripped-off,
shoving a guilty/scared feeling on them that they might have been ripped-off.
And then later on changing your opinion when the damage is already done.
I accept your apology, although It's rather marlon and the buyers who need that apology.
