Great capture of detail, very realistic. The only thing I would point out is that the ring looks rather flat as compared to the hand itself and I can see how getting the shadows right on the small detail can be extremely difficult but maybe a white pencil could have helped? But the wrinkles and the general anatomy of the hand has been captured in great detail, well done!
