I think you've done a pretty good job on this portrait of Bond, but I believe there's a few things you could do to help strengthen the likeness. I found the reference photo you have used here: [link] and on comparing your drawing with the photo, I would suggest you need to play up the contrast more in the face to make the highlights work better by darkening the shaded area, also adding a little more shade to the crinkles near his eye and darkening the shadow below his right eye - I think this will increase the resemblance dramatically. His hand could do with a bit more shading, especially the back of the hand, in order to make it seem more 3-dimensional.
I think the column of the gun needs straightening and darkening, leaving just the highlight near the tip in place.
Well done on what you have achieved in this portrait, I can see it was not an easy photo reference to work from, considering the dramatic lighting.
