Whoa, man...Desti's not screwing around.

Based on SMG4's What If video (the section where Desti never died, which I've adopted into my canon), this takes place after Meggy's death, but before she confronts the False Sephiroth; Desti's no fool, so she travels the world, mastering all martial arts, fighting styles, and skills with various weapons; she's gonna need as much as possible to take down the "Fake Sephy."

I hear you ask "But why is she human when she was confronting him as an Octoling?" Well, it's a trait that all Inklings and Octolings have, and Meggy was no exception: an extra "Human Form" that they can achieve through intense physical endurance training. The pain Meggy endured on that island when having her ink zucced out was like an equivalent, and since Desti was training her mind AND her body, she just happened to unlock this form along the way, and decided to use it for the remainder of her training, since it has better endurance and stamina.

She's 75% done with her journey at this point; won't be much longer until she gets her revenge.

I made this because I had high hopes of seeing Desti as a human in SMG4's What If video, but since that never happened, I decided to fill in the gap myself.
