far from it, the Nostalgia Critic is simply a character, he pokes fun at the movie and says things like that but they are never intentional, though I will admit the movies aren't exactly masterpieces, he never straight out says that people who like them are retarded, even he enjoyed the first one a lot

i know he's just a charcter, but that doesn't mean he can beΒ as nasty as he wantsΒ towards his viewers. hell, he made an autistic joke in his ernest saves christmas review. he should've just done one of raiders of the story arc reviews. it's like he controls our lives.

he addressed that joke in his F**k up video, he didn't mean any offense and apologized. He's not controlling lives, unless you let it control you, again, these reviews are all opinion based and based on the opinions of many people, you don't have to agree with them, if you like something the reviews it doesn't mean you still can't like it, the reviews are still a lot of fun to watch
