I love when they make that joke. That movie is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. Probably because Raul Julia was so awesome.

To be honest i friggin LOVE street fighter movie, cuz it was like one of theese movies you rent every single friday and watch it whole weekend, cuz seriously..i know that THIS isnt the best movie, and that its not even good, but its like Super Mario Bros the movie...its enjoyable.
And YES, Raul Julia kicked ass in this movie, from blank video-game character he made a typical Comic-Book crazy ass villan, and i dont think that this was big kick in the balls for his careere, it was role that clearly showed that Raul Julia can play pretty much everyone, and even in silly movie he can still be BadAss.
