Name: Anthony Delmaro (literally: Anthony of the Sea)
Subtitle: Aspiring Gym Leader

Personality: Trains hard so he can one day become a Water-type Pokemon gym leader. Works as a part-time lifeguard everyday at a pool in Florida (Uhm I mean Cinnabar Island??). Listens to classical music. Is somewhat of a loner, but he's a very likeable person. He has a strange prejudice against fat chicks and wants to harpoon them; he's otherwise very accepting of everybody else, though. His best friend is his Starmie, and it's always out of its Pokeball. They communicate telepathically, and he uses it as a surf board whenever he wants to travel across water. He worries about his facial complexion every day, and his biggest fear is that he'll be eaten alive by bugs. He likes to battle with more than 1 Pokemon at a time.
History: Anthony was born and raised in the Three Rivers city of Pittsburgh, PA (... province of Cerulean City?? lol). From there he moved to Miami, FL (...of Cinnabar Island) so he could study at the University of Water Pokemon. (Yep, at the age of 17. He skipped 2 years at the Pokemon Academy) Anthony hopes to return to Pittsburgh when he graduates so he can remodel the Tri-River Gym and run it as the official Gym Leader.

She can withstand MANY physical attacks (and a couple special attacks too, due to her large HP), and she has ways of keeping herself alive.
