Well, too much time between classes and no homework to do led to me and some classmates all playing Half-Life 2 : Deathmatch on our laptops. We ended up playing a map with a lot of crossbows, and crossbows are very good at nailing people to walls. I don't even know where the bolt is. I don't think I want to.Anyways, my first attempt at a motivational poster. Enjoy.

Once in Max Payne 2, (uses ragdoll so is relevant) a DB got stuck in the wall, with his head, left shoulder and right foot sticking out, twitching like mad. Videogame physics can be so sweet from time to time!

A few mild criticisms:
First, you might want to find an actual motivator poster, overlap your image in place of the one on it, and the like. The scale of this one is off, the image has no outline, and the font is wrong. In case you're wondering, the normal font for these things is 'Times New Roman.' Granted, you've got the letter size ratio down pretty good.
However, in all fairness, the joke could use some work. Only mildly amusing.
If you weren't expecting in depth critique, I imagine you're surprised.
