Alderheart looks annoyed with his crush, because he wants her to be resting her burned leg while Velvet names of all the herbs she knows and how to treat to certain sickness or injuries making Alderheart let her help. Cute. X3

Mine too. X3 Gotta admit though, Velvet is one the more underrated characters of the series. She was so loving and have a good head on her shoulders. There is so much more to her than simply just being the she-cat that Alderheart had a massive crush on.

Aw no. Those two don't need any more drama in their lives. They both deserve a break from it, but then again, it's Warriors, drama is everywhere there. XD I do agree they do make a good couple, but the two both have their heads screwed on straight and know they can't be together. However, I like to think the two hold a special place in each of their hearts. They will always have feelings for each other, but they can and will never act upon them, because they don't want to ruin each other's lives. ;w;

The relationship between them is one to the more maturely handled in Warriors. This is reminds me of how Thrushpelt was handled. He loves Bluestar so much that he didn't hold anything against her for not returning his feelings and even pretended to be her kits' father and loved them as a father. If only we have more people like that in the world of fiction and real life. I hope in tears to come that Velvet would be recognized and appreciated a whole lot more instead of writing her off as another forbidden love interest. You are right to say that they didn't need to be together to know that they truly loved each other. Plus, I don't think they were really flirty in my opinion. They were more genuine with each other in many ways. I will ship them, but I don't want them to be together together. Unless something changes in the warrior code or something.
