Tsareena Pokemon Design Adoptable
I always liked Tsareena for her princess look, in this design I tried to make her a little more like that, but in my own way~

Rules

- Payment will be by Paypal (Invoice, in USD)
-Payment must be sent within 24 hours of the end of the audition
- No refunds (Please don't bid if you're not sure you want it)

- Once the payment is done, you will get the image (PNG file) without watermark and background, and the Flat Color version
- After that, you can modify this character as you wish
