One week. One whole week. That's how long Nick had been in the cell. Countless tries to break free, but all failed and ended with him being tackled by the (F/C) wolf that lurked in the halls of the cells.
Nick sighed, he couldn't wait until Judy came, but at the same time, his pride made him want to get out himself.

A sudden knock disrupted Nick's thoughts as he glanced up, only to see the small metal panel being slid open.

"Yooho, little fox!"

Nick rolled his eyes at the nickname. Truthfully, though, it wasn't the worst nickname he'd received from the wolf. There was always "Little Red" and "Foxy-poo".

"I'm very well aware of how lonely you are, foxy dear, so I've come to keep you company!"

The large metal cell door swung open, revealing the ever fabulous gang-leader. (F/N), as always, was wearing a magnificently tailored suit that fit him perfectly.
Nick rolled his eyes, placing his head on the palm of his hand. "Oh, how kind of you to grace me with your presence"

(F/N) let a toothy smirk rise upon his face, sharp canines sticking out slightly. "But of course, who wouldn't want to be with me! I'm awfully kind!"

Nick snorted, "Or maybe you're just awful"

The wolf pouted(can wolves pout??) like a child, but did not leave. Instead, he stayed, though he left when the sun started to go down, not that you could really tell from the cell. But the next day he came back, and the next, and next. It soon became routine. (F/N) would go over to his cell, they'd bicker playfully, and just as Nick thought he converted (F/N) to good, the wolf would stand up, bid farewell, and leave.

Nick sighed. Two weeks. Two whole weeks. And a part of him kinda didn't want to leave.

Judy paced worriedly, she just received the news that her partner had gone missing for two weeks. Not only that, but they nearly kept it a secret from her, saying that they could handle it. Obviously not, she thought.

She halted, her paw/foot thumping against the floor repeatedly when suddenly her ears perked up. A grin graced her features as she ran out the door, zooming past animals.

"Oh Nick," She mumbled "I hope you're okay"

Nick had tears in his eyes, his stomach hurt, and he felt a little dizzy. He couldn't stop laughing.

"And then, the rat comes and bites his ass, oh my god, and he actually flips over and punches it"

Another howl of laughter as the two predators doubled over. The wolf's laugh-not much to Nick's surprise- was very similar to a howl, and every time he would laugh his ears would flop down. Nick found it adorable, not that he would ever admit it.
Recently, though, Nick has been having a lot of worrying thoughts, like the way the wolf's tail would swoosh around when happy, or when he complained his fur would perk up.

And Nick hated it. Because, quite frankly, he actually started liking the wolf. And that wasn't good, he was a police for god's sake!
But alas, our dear foxy-poo has accumulated a crush upon the conniving wolf, (F/N) (L/N).

After the laughter died down, (F/N) sighed, "Well, it was fun and such but I must take my leave now, good night Redling"

The wolf turned around and swaggered out of the cell, closing the door that Nick had been given the chance to escape from, but ignored it.

Nick sighed as he sat alone in his cell, he was so fucked. He couldn't like the leader of a gang, that just couldn't happen!

The fox lied down on the relatively comfortable bed, and slowly dozed off in peaceful slumber.

Until he was awoken by a scratching sound.

He glanced over to the door, he noticed it was moving slightly like someone was trying to force it open. And then, the little panel at the door frame slid open.

"Judy?"
