Oh I dunno, I tend to work on thing on and off as the mood takes me. Probably a couple of months from start to finish

okay the reason I'm asking because I'm trying to make the mask myself and I wanted professional opinion and suggestions that they did to make it themselves no offense

No offence taken
I don't usually have to work to deadlines very often so things get a few hours on them here and a few hours there. It makes it a bit difficult to judge actual time taken. Allowing for drying times I think you could make one in a week if you could give it your full attention.

They are made from round insulation foam known as 'Backer Rod' coated in black latex.

It's glass fibre resin over a card armature. This is then covered in car body filler and sanded back.

Quite similar to the way I make the busts for my leather casts. Though I generally use Clay Creat for any volume to reduce weight.
