Description
A commission for ~Firebringer , who asked for her pet snake, Prozac, as a dragon. Interestin' request! She also expressed a liking for colourful veggies and such, so I tried painting some...fruit, which was kinda weird for me.Aw, I wish I'd made the left arm visible.

Mmmm, edible and fruity! It looks like you could just pluck one of those grapes off the screen!
I so admire the fact that your fruit looks referenced, like a stylised still life. It adds this sense of realism, even though they have more of an illustrative spin to them than a photo-realistic look... I know I'm not making much sense, but the fruits have depth to them, have a sense of being solid objects!
And you have mixed snake into dragon wonderfully! The scales, the shape and the movement still retain the serpanty look, with just a touch of your brilliant dragon features :3

Loving your picture. ^^ Another great work of art. I'm currently working on my sketch myself (If you were curious). I'm still debating whether I should shade it or not. =/

Thanks!
Don't be afraid to shade your sketch if y'want to. Y'just have to risk it sometimes if you wanna learn, eh?

No problem. It's not that I'm afraid but I don't want the scanner to mess up the colors. That's true. You never learn anything if you keep winning.

That's beautiful. Once again, your colours just take me. Nice take on turning the snake into a dragon. This makes people think of a pretty, gentle snake, which is how I see them. Corn snake, I take it? Anyway, I like how it (he?) is embracing the fruit, with the tail curled at the end like that.
By the way, you didn't "try" painting fruit. You DID paint fruit. I'd add this to my faves if DA wasn't acting all weird on me.
