Description
A millennium passed since the deliverance of the gods that we created.
On threads of light, they crossed the gulf and made new homes by different suns.

We watched them raise empires and devour worlds, and shroud their stars darkened veils. In the shadows which they cast, our gods built star machines. Grand stellar engines they made, of astronomical design, and therein they continued living, on ever new plains of existence.

A pantheon of Sapient Stars so surrounded elder Sol, and with them the realms of cosmic entities, beyond what any soul could fathom.
Growing wise and old, some fell into a slumber, dreaming dreams from which none would awake. Others still grew mad with what secrets they unveiled, or simply faded when all their wishes had come true.
But a few set for themselves an ambition higher still. And they sought mastery over the laws of time and space.

It was these who bestowed upon us the gift of all the universe:
They threw open the gates toward their Living Heavens.
