-Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry.-These PokΓ©mon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves in past ages. Each retains memories of its former life.
Yamasks have grown on me, too. I have one (though I'm not training him) named Tut (short for Tutankhamun). Not too fond of the evolved form.
Anyway. I know it's been noticed and done already, but, hey, they are creepy little buggers, and I wanted to draw one. Their eyes look like they're crying blood, too, though it's all cartoony and a little more squared off. I also know it's hard to see.
Kind of wanna make a Yamask character now...
