Well i decided to post here what i had on my blog.
Didn't know if this was considered photography or traditional drawing...went with drawing for now
If anyone has a better suggestion lemme know.

Just a little project of mine that i was working on. Its non other then our alien shooting, metroid hunting Samus from the hit NES game METROID. Super Metroid is Probably one of the greatest (arguably the greatest) 2d side scrolling experiences ever, and samus deserves a proper recognition . That game was just a master piece and when i think of metroid, that particular rendition sticks out in my mind. Maybe im showing my age as i think every Nintendo game that came out in that era was bad-ass !

I decided id go for a crazy dynamic pose, as if she is jumping from the foreground, and about to zap a space pirate ! I'm just not sure where i can fit Ridley on the page, maybe put him on another page and combine the 2 images in photo-shop ?
