This started with the intention of drawing a spock/uhura pic. 'cause you know, I loved the last movie and I started worshipping this couple. XDBy the way, while sketching it I noticed that I wasn't going to be able to draw a spock/uhura fanart, mainly 'cause I felt that every single thing, every single pose, intimate enough(even just a glance) to qualify as a fanart of the couple made me feel uncomfortable and I started feeling like a peeping tom. °_° that's why I understood that those two would NEVER allow me to enter their privacy.
So I had to find this solution. They are in the centre of the action but still out. They're not doing anything too compromising (she's just whispering something in his ear...) but they think they're unnoticed, but they're not

about technical matters: I used a frame of a 360° tour of an hallway available on the official site as a reference for the background, no references used for the characters.
Everything you see was done in photoshop, even though the original sketch was drawn in mangastudio.
I had too much fun with the lights! ^o^
about 10 hours of work.
(the stardate in the title is totally random)

This is incredible. I didn't even see Spock and Uhura at first, but when I looked closer it was totally like I was catching them in an intimate moment.

Oh man this scene is awesome.. Being a body language nut, I've read SO much into this scene that's probably not supposed to be there.. like everyone is very pointedly NOT looking in that direction, though it's rare that everyone would be going the same way.. and also, the young lady in gold... I swear she's blushing lol

Insomma, hai reso bene l'idea di ciò che lega Uhura e Spok. Qualcosa di totalmente celato agli occhi di tutti!! *_____*

P.S.: voglio anche io un'astronave autopulente con i pavimenti a specchio. Forse l'unico inconveniente è che i maschietti potranno vedere le mutandine delle colleghe!

Io in realta' ho degli stivali vintage anni 70 che sono IDENTICI a quelli indossati in star trek, e quindi cerco da anni una brava sarta in grado di cucirmi un costume da uhura decente (e non come quelli finti che vendono in giro... >.<). Peccato che poi necessiti dei pantaloncini da mettersi sotto, vista l'eccessiva cortezza delle minigonne delle donnine contemporanee di Mary Quant! XD
Comunque si, e' divertentissimo il nuovo star trek, e sylar as spock e' super super kya!!! Aspetto con ansia il prossimo episodio. XD

Eh, tesoro mio, bisogna chiedere alle persone giuste.
Io ad esempio, per mio figlio, ogni carnevale, chiedo a mia madre di creargli un costume: odio quelli farlocchi che i negozi vendono, alle volte pure ad un sacco di soldi!
Quindi: stoffe decenti, tagli a e cuci, per costumi di carnevale sempre REALISTICI *____*

well, I was shocked. XD Besides the fact that I HATE spoilers so before coming to the cinema I knew of this new movie only what I saw in the trailer and in that scene in the hangar, before boarding, I was something like "°_° they didn't imply a spock/uhura, didn't they?!?!?"

XD certo! innanzitutto mi sono studiata come funziona quel culo di calendario (cosa che mi chiedevo da un po' effettivamente) per poi scoprire che sono date totalmente random anche nell serie originale... XDDD Al che mi sono informata sulle date del film e ne ho presa una a caso successiva a quello! ghgh.

Comunque per la cronaca, siccome nel film hanno deciso che effettivamente quelle date stellari avrebbero dovuto avere un senso logico hanno deciso che la prima cifra e' dell'anno, poi c'e' il punto e poi il giorno dell'anno. Cosa che ha un certo senso se ci pensi bene... XD
