Description This is a song from Serial Experiment Lain. It's called 'Duvet'.
Perhaps the thought and inspiration to this is that once you begin to love someone to such a level, you can see what they think and feel by only glancing at them. And smiles aren't neccesary to seem happy, because you don't even need gesture to show how you feel, because you know that they can feel it anyway...
I'm terribly sorry if this seems too 'cheezy' to you, but I believe that the lyrics and the song in itself is beautiful. pure, if you may..

Thank you! It was meant to be very still. No really intriguing movement. A quiet, monotone image allowing only thoughts and emotions to flow.

Ink is amazing! so dark, smooth, and fun! To write, draw, and just good off with. one time, in calligraphy, i took the ink and fingerpainted. 'twas very fun!

I love Lain so much even if it was weird and I can't really understand much... and I love Duvet. I got the acoustic version of that song which I prefered to the original..

On first look, the picture seems like it was a ballpoint penwork, but then realize it was actually done with a tablet. I really like the perspective and the mood in this and the whole 'puppet' thing going on. Her forlorn look makes it very emotive. Good job overall.

thank you very very much! I still haven't bought the lain ost, but i do however load the songs off of bearshare (a program for document sharing) and so far have only duvet, speed, and one other one that i forgot the name of >_>' shame on me. I believe that lain is an excellent anime, and even though it's point isn't completely clear i think that it's best to only try and make your own point of it. Everyone views it different, and that's what makes it so unique!
Thank you very much for the comment on the artwork itself. I love to draw in pen too, but I barely ever scan..x.x' I'm so lazy... buuut tablet art works! And since I'm still studyin on how to use it right, it's taking me a while to find techniques brushes, and everything else that can make my art look a little better.
