thank you
I wish I could be on DA more in these days, but things are sooooo busy with me now. We will move to south Japan (Kyushu) in a couple of weeks, because of my husbands work and so there will be a lot of things to organize.
My poor love has the most stress, because he has to organize the moving beside his work and I feel pretty useless, because I don't speak enough Japanese to help much
Well, hopefully things will calm down in May, when we have settled down there a little bit. Miss you all

I'd really like to have a stroll through this field of flowers and walk closer towards those mountains. Those landscapes of yours are just SO inviting!

thank you so much and welcome back
I'm happy you think that I improved. I have "no eye" for my art, but I always fear stagnation. So I'm very, very happy, when people tell me that I got better

Oh my! Those flowers must have taken you a long time to paint! They all look so nice and neat . It's so beautiful! And your background matches and flows together with the flowers so well

I really like this color you chose . I think it's more fitting with the feeling of the picture, and balances out the piece nicely ^.^.

Thank you... Furano is about 350km north from here, but we come there every year to see the fields and nature.
One day I want to go there during lavender blossom, which must be totally overwhelming.

What a nature lover you are! Lavender blossom would be pure paradise. I hope to be able to catch cherry blossom when I go to Beijing during spring next year - that's the best I could hope for

Cherry blossom is awesome, too. I hope you can see it next year.
If you check the images at google, typing "lavender" and "Furano" you can get some impressions how it looks like, there.
I always missed the lavender-blossom there, but one day it's my big dream to see it with my own eyes.

I worked layer by layer... starting with the background first, then sprayed white color like "mist" over it, then painting the next one.

Tusen takk
I learned that technique by myself. I also nix different media with traditional and modern one. Some people think, my works are digital, but they are 100% handmade,no photoshop, exept for watermarking

Hah, bit of scandinavian lingo I see the mix of techniques and it's way cool you can do that
And as far as I can remember I have viewed them as handmade since I started watching your work.
