I made this for the Speed Modelling Challenges over at 3DTotal.com

I went all the way to the full 90 mins, and even though I measured out everything down to the millimeter, I had to sacrifice a ton of details to get it done in time.

I tried to use different techniques to help speed up things. I used a lot of splines and extrudes for certain shapes like the controller ports and plugs. The controller itself was a couple of simple boxes converted to editable polys and some more extruded splines to get the shapes I needed.

Luckily texturing time isn't counted. Textures were a combination of pictures and free fonts that I found online.
