I just rest asure myself that Cosmo did come back but she's a backround character. You know, a type of character that don't appear in the main adventures, like Vanilla. Besides has anyone seen that flower in Tails' house in Sonic Chronicles?
Also EXPLAIN THEIR DECISION TO PUT SWAT BOTS IN THAT GAME? So if Swat Bots could be in that game, Returning Cosmo is possible. They just need to fell like it.
Till then she is kept alive on the internet.

I watched the subbed Japanese version of Episode 78 -- the emotions were so powerful, it hard to imagine anybody not feeling hit by Tails' pain. This is a very beautiful picture!

Cosmo was created by TMS Entertainment, not SEGA.

Just like Sally Acorn was created by DiC Entertainment.

Whether Cosmo comes back depends on TMS and whether or not they make a new season.
