You yawned, blinking your eyes. Everything seemed different for some reason...

That's when you remembered that you had fallen asleep in Fazbear's Fright, where Springtrap resided. You pushed off the (F/C) blanket and you yawned.

Within a few moments, you heard uneven footsteps. They got closer and closer until they finally stopped. Thankfully, it was just Springtrap.

He peered around the corner, eyelids droopy as usual.His eyelids suddenly widened once he saw you were no longer in sleeping mode.

"O-Ooh, little (Y/N)! I-I thought you'd nev-never awake from sle-sle-sleep mode." Springtrap said, happiness in his voice.

He walked over to you as quickly as he could and gave you a hug. You smiled tiredly, hugging him back. "Don't worry! I always leave sleep mode." you replied. You then yawned again, stretching your arms.

Springtrap put you down on the ground and then looked around, his ears twitching. He listened for anything that sounded out of the ordinary, but detected nothing wrong with the surroundings.

You sighed, thinking about what happened last night. You were abandoned by Tom and his friends. And then (F/N)...

I thought (F/N) was my friend... you thought sadly.

"Springy?" You reached up, touching Springtrap's hand lightly. Springtrap looked down at you, curiosity in his eyes. "Y-Yes, (Y/N)?" he asked, tilting his head. You let out a sigh. "They're not coming back for me, are they?" you asked sadly.

Springtrap then looked down at the ground before looking back at you. His eyelids and permanent grin drooped, giving him a sad look. "(Y/N), I-I'm not so sure th-that they are..." he replied. He didn't really want to say this to you, but it was the truth.

With this saddening realization, a tear dripped down your cheek. "I...I never thought that this would happen to me...I...Why me?!" you cried. You sat on the ground and rested your head against your knees, feeling defeated. Why? you thought.

Springtrap's eyes widened and he made a noise that resembled gasping. "O-Oh no! D-Don't cry, little (Y/N)!" he gasped, picking you up and holding you against his chest. You wept as you kept replaying the scene in your head from when Tom and his group abandoned you in Fazbear's Fright.

The thing that hurt you the most?

(F/N) just walked off with them. He left you.

Slowly, you stopped crying and rubbed your tears away. You let out a small sigh, relaxing in Springtrap's comforting arms. "Springy...Why do you even care for me anyways? I'm...I'm just..." you let out another sigh before breaking the eye contact between you and the ragged rabbit.

Springtrap tilted his head, and then let out a guttural noise. "Y-You don't deserve to b-be mistreated, little (Y/N)...Y-You are a sweet little chi-child." he replied, looking down at you with pure concern in his eyes.

You looked up into Springtrap's eyes, a saddened smile pulling at your lips.

"Thank you, Springy." you said, hugging him.

Eww...What's that smell?! you thought, making a face of disgust. You then removed your disgusted expression, which Springtrap didn't seem to detect. You still couldn't understand where that stench was coming from...

"I-It's no problem-" Suddenly, Springtrap starting making a loud hissing noise, dropping you to the ground. His body twitched violently, and he held his head, growling. "N-No....G-Goddammit lea-leave me alone!" he screamed, stumbling towards the table. You looked up at Springtrap, terrified and worried.

"Springy?! What's-"

"R-Run, (Y/N)! RUN!!" he shouted, getting you on your feet and pushing you out of the room. You looked around, bewildered.

What's happening to Springy?! you thought, whimpering as tears rolled down your cheeks. You then ran as fast as you could, careful to avoid any wires.

You ran all the way across the restaurant. Luckily, you saw what appeared to be a large, silver tunnel, leading through the wall.

The vents.

You looked around and listened for Springtrap. You then heard a faint laughing noise, and then a voice screaming, "N-NO!! I-I WON'T LET YOU HU-HU-HURT HER!"

You breathed shakily, crawling into the vents. You were careful not to make any noise as tears kept blurring your vision. Finally, you reached a corner of the vent that was out of sight. You curled up and closed your eyes, hoping it would all be over soon.

At that moment, you felt yourself drifting off into sleep.

You woke up, adjusting your eyes to your surroundings. You remembered that you had fallen asleep in the vents, so you look around, feeling alarmed. Thankfully, Springtrap wasn't anywhere in site.

What's happening to him? Poor Springy... you thought, feeling bad for the animatronic. Obviously, this was something that was out of his control.

Hopefully he'd feel better...

"(Y/N)? (Y/N)? Wh-Where are you?" a voice asked.

Hesitantly, you peeked out of your corner of the vent.

"Springy?"
